An opportunity has arisen for a professional to join the administration team as Golf Operations Assistant. Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful candidate will lead all golf operations, and support the management team in day-to-day operations. Training and support with your career development will be given. The role requires a team players with positive energy, effective communication, excellent intrapersonal skills, and a passion for customer service. The aim of our team is to meet and exceed the expectations of ourmembers and visitors to the club, and to provide the highest possible personal and professional standards,and an exemplary service to reflect the ambition of the club.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced ‘hands on’ Food & Beverage Manager to join ourmanagement team. As Food & Beverage Manager the main focus of your role willbe to oversee and manage all aspects of the food & beverage operation, ensuring that an exceptional 5 starservice is delivered at all times. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of up to 15 staff,including rota management, recruitment, induction and as well as ongoing training to motivate anddevelop existing team members. You will take a lead role in developing and maintaining standardoperating procedures, maintaining and ordering stock, managing supplier relationships and work with theculinary team on concept and menu development for the Restaurant & Bar.
