Terms and Conditions for Visitor Opens at Chestfield Golf Club
This website provides a facility for visitors to pay for entry into open competitions. Payments canbe made online with credit and debit cards. When making payments, the website provides a formwhich connects directly to the SagePay secure site using SSL technology. The Club does not storeany card details from payments taken online. Following the transaction an email confirmation willbe sent to the payer. The Club can accept no responsibility for use of the online facility nor acceptany liability for the amount of monies credited to the online facility. Anyone entering an onlinecompetition must meet the criteria of the competition, all entries will be reviewed by The Club.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Payment
To book a tee time on-line you will have to enter your credit or debit card details using our secureon-line payment process. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT ACCEPT AMERICAN EXPRESS OROTHER BUSINESS CARDS.
Please make your entire group aware of our Dress Rules both on the Course and in the Clubhouse tosave any potential embarrassment or problems on the day.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your booking on the web site by entering your unique ref number. If you cancelyour booking more than 1 week before your date of play, we reserve the right to amend yourbooking. Cancellation of less than 24 hrs notice, NO refunds will be given.
If you are unable to honour your booking we would prefer that you phone us to let us know, we doreserve the right to charge the green fee but would rather try to fit you in some other time.
Course Closed
If you are unable to play your round of golf due to the course being closed (e.g. bad weather), arefund can be made or alternative date and time, whichever is preferred.
Booking Transferable
The Booking is completely Transferable. Therefore, should you be unable to make your tee time,you can offer the tee time to someone else such as a family member or friend.
Prior To Play
All players must check in at the Professional's Shop at least 15 minutes before their start time toconfirm the number of their group and the format that they are playing.
